We work exclusively with natural wines. Our winemakers leave the wines mature freely. In the vineyards, they work only with contact sprays, which do not burden the grapes or the soil from which the wine takes nutrients. They do not use pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or mechanization during harvesting, so everything is harvested by hand, that means healthy grapes can be selected from the unhealthy ones in the vineyard. The wines let them ferment spontaneously, they do not add selected yeasts and enzymes to support aromatic substances. The wines are mostly not filtered and so their sediment is not a problem. Some of these wines are completely free of added sulfur. They reflect the beauty of the place and the years in which they grew up, and the winemaker just accompanies them and tries not to interfere too much.
We divide wines according to how they affect us and that is why we have created a few categories for your easier orientation.
Sparkling - the type of these wines is suitable all day long - from breakfast till late night cup. Here you will find everything from Pét-nat to Sekt till Champagne. Sparkling wines are suitable for every occasion.
Drinkable - the advantage of these wines is their easiness. They are light and fresh. They become a great accompaniment to lunch, but also to casual drinking.
Not so dry,not so acidic. Some of them are semi-dry,or semi-sweet - wines that usually do not ferment completely dry. Some of them have fine residual sugar, some have even higher residual sugar content.
Date night - wines created for the occasion, when you want to take care of each other and not think about the complexity of the wine. These wines are a great accompaniment, relax the atmosphere and help make contact.
The pink stuff - from light clarets through summer blush to a bold autumn siller. It all falls into this category of rosé wines.
At the party - this section is dedicated to the wines you want to have at the party. They are unrestrained, unconventional, fun, relaxed and above all ´drunk.
Fun - they can entertain, surprise and easily please you. They break down the stereotypes we have for individual varieties. It will amuse, strike and also delight you, because the winemaker let nature win over the expectations of the variety and thus enabled the creation of beautiful and fun wines.
Mature - wines that are characterized by maturity, depth or complex expression. For these wines, it is necessary to give them space and enjoy the mellowness that the winemaker gave them with his care and diligence.
Characteristic - these wines have their own personality and character from the place where they come from, and from the personality of the winemaker himself, which will cause that uniqueness. These wines require an open mind.
On the skins - wines from white grapes made by the red method, is by maceration of the skins from which an orange wine with a more powerful expression is created. Wines are usually without added sulfur, or with a minimum of added sulfur.
Full bodied - wines have a full, round and distinctive expression. These are wines that need time, space and attention.
